Return Policy
Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached.
To return an online purchase, please follow these steps:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Please email contactus@aevi.ca to initiate the return.
- The subject line must contain your online order number.
- We will email you back with instructions to process the return.
Once your return request has been accepted, please return the order to us. We must receive the returned item within 14 days. We do not cover the cost of returns.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges online at this time. We recommend either returning your order and placing a new order online or visiting us at our physical store located in Winnipeg to process an exchange.
